सत्र 2024-25 में विभिन्न  Cells/ समितियों और विभागों द्वारा आयोजित गतिविधियों का विवरण इस प्रकार है.

 

Important Day Celebration

1.      The Orientation program was organized on 30 July, 2024 for new students.

2.      Celebrated Flag Hosting Ceremony on the occasion of Indian Independence Day ( Har Ghar Tiranga karykram ) on August 15,2024.

3.      Celebrated International Space Day on August 23, 2024.

4.      Awareness program was organized on National Deworming Day on September 12, 2024.

5.      Diwali fair was organized on 22 October, 2024 in which the main attraction was the fun food stalls.

6.      On 25/11/24, Tree plantation was done under the campaign 'One tree in the name of mother'.

Report of Women Cell

1)     Organized Mehndi Competition and Hariyali Teej celebrated on 6th August, 2024.

2)     An Extension lecture was organized on National Deworming Day on 18th September 2024.

3)     Albendazole medicines were distributed on National Deworming Mop-Up Day on 24th September 2024.

4)     An extension lecture on the topics of 'Smart Choices for Healthy Living and Nutrition for Menstruation' was organized on 24th September 2024.

5)     On January 2nd, 2025, various cultural competitions were organized in which case prizes were given to the students.

6)     A five day workshop on self defense techniques training was organized from 03/01/25 to 09/01/25 for girl students to learn the skills of self defense.

7)     An extension lecture on the topic of 'Crafted by Grace: the strength and spirit of Women' was organized on 10th January 2025.

8)     On 8th March 2025, International Women's Day, in collaboration with Sexual Harassment Committee, a power point presentation was presented on legal aspects related to sexual harassment at workplace.

 

Report of Sexual Harassment Committee

1.      On 14 October 2024, the Sexual Harassment Committee was constituted.

2.      On 21October 2024, Gender Champions were selected for the session 2024–25.

3.      On 8th March 2025, International Women's Day, in collaboration with Women Cell, a power point presentation was presented on legal aspects related to sexual harassment at workplace.

Report of Placement Cell’s Activities: -

1)     On dated 30-08-2024 the Placement & Career Counseling Cell organized a one day Workshop on “Skill Based Education System and Various Job Opportunities”.

2)     On dated 17-09-2024 the Placement Cell organized Five-Days Online Certificate Course from 17-09-2024 to 21-09-2024 on “Financial Literacy”.

3)     On dated 22-10-2024 the Placement Cell organized “Diwali Mela” in College Campus.

4)     On dated 31-01-2025 the Placement Cell organized an “Industrial Visit” for the students of B.A. & B.COM III.

5)     On dated 27-05-2025 the Placement Cell of this College send the students in Govt. College Bherian, Pehowa (KKR) to participate in Job Fair.

Report of Anti-Ragging Cell’s Activities: -

      1.            On dated 12-08-2024, on Anti-Ragging Day an Orientation Programme and Pledge Ceremony was organized by Anti-Ragging Cell on the occasion of Anti-Ragging Week (12-18 August 2024).

      2.            On dated 13-08-2024, on the occasion of Anti-Ragging Week (12-18 August 2024) Anti-Ragging Cell organized Essay Writing Competition and Screening of a Short Film on Anti-Ragging.

      3.            On dated 14-08-2024, on the occasion of Anti-Ragging Week (12-18 August 2024) Anti-Ragging Cell organized Slogan Writing Competition and Poster Making Competition on Anti-Ragging.

Activity report legal literacy cell

On dated 30 July 2024, our student Sachin B.A. 3rd year is sent to participate in legal literacy competition and he got third prize in poetic recitation competition held by legal literacy cell of Shri mata Mansa devi Govt. Sanskrit Mahavidhalya, panchkula

विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा  आयोजित गतिविधियों की रिपोर्ट-

हिंदी  विभाग  द्वारा सत्र 2024-25 में आयोजित की गई गतिविधियों का विवरण :-

1)     हिंदी  दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में 13 सितम्बर, 2025 को  प्रश्नोत्तरी प्रतियोगिता करवाई गई

2)     हिंदी  दिवस के उपलक्ष्य पर 14 सितम्बर, 2025 को  विषय ‘वर्तमान में हिंदी भाषा का परिदृश्य’ पर एक विचार संगोष्ठी का आयोजन किया गया.

3)     हिंदी विभाग की ओर से शिक्षण एवं साहित्यिक भ्रमण (07 नवम्बर से 09 नवम्बर, 2025 तक): महाविद्यालय से कपूरथला (साइंस सिटी), अमृतसर (स्वर्ण मन्दिर, विभाजन संग्रहालय और अटारी बोर्ड) इत्यादि स्थानों का भ्रमण किया.

4)     21 फरवरी, 2025 को  मातृभाषा दिवस मनाया गया

5)     डॉ. भीमराव अम्बेडकर जयंती के शुभावसर पर 12 अप्रैल,  2025 को एक संगोष्ठी एवं संविधान की प्रस्तावना (प्रतिज्ञा) कार्यक्रम आयोजित करवाया गया.

ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ – ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਭਾਗਸੈਸ਼ਨ 2024-2025

 

Ø  16/08/2024 ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ‘ਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਇਕ ਰੁੱਖ’ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਤਹਿਤ ਕਾਲਜ ਪਰਿਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੁੱਖ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ।

Ø  25 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2024 ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ‘ਤੇ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਚਰਚਾ ਦਾ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।

Ø  14 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2024 ਨੂੰ “ਸਕਾਰਾਤਮਕ ਸੋਚ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਜੀਵਨ ‘ਤੇ ਇਸਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ” ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ’ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਰੋਜ਼ਾ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਕਾਰਜਸ਼ਾਲਾ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ।

Report of English Department’s Activities: -

1)     On dated 15-07-2024 department of English organized Tree Plantation Programme in College campus on the occasion of 75^th State Level Van Mahotsav (Haryana).

2)     On dated26-09-2024 department of English organized an Extension Lecture on “Consciousness of the Indian Voters”

3)     On dated 30-09-2024 department of English organized an Extension Lecture on “Career Paths in Translation and Literature” on the occasion of International Translation Day.

4)     On dated 25-10-2024 department of English organized Paper Presentation Programme on the novel “Kanthapura” for the students of B.A. III.

5)     On dated 17-01-2025 department of English organized an Essay Writing competition on the celebration of 15^th National Voters Day (25-01-2025).

6)     On dated 28-02-2025 department of English organized a Class discussion on the topic of “The Role of English in International Communication”.

7)     On dated 03-04-2025 department of English organized Paper presentation Programme for the students of B.A. III on the play “The Merchant of Venice”.

1.      Organised Poster Making Competition on the topic “Mental Health in Art” on 27^th August 2024

2.      Organised session regarding Suicide Prevention on 10^th September 2024 on the occasion of WORLD SUICIDE PREVENTION DAY

3.      Organized Poster making Competition on 18^th October 2024 on the theme- MENTAL HEALTH AT WORK on World Mental Health Day

4.      Organized Lecture session on the topic “Career opportunities in Psychology” on 27^th February 2025.
